Jeremy Panzella handles a wide scope of general civil matters and civil litigation at both the State and Federal jurisdictions, including corporate litigation, contract litigation, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, corporate filings, domestic relations, religious corporations, and personal injury.

Mr. Panzella is licensed to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Richmond County Bar Association at which he serves on its Ethics Committee, New York County Lawyers Association, Columbian Lawyers Association for Attorneys of Italian-American Heritage and Federalist Society.

A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Panzella was the recipient of the Lisle Scholarship and various recognitions and CALI Awards in commercial paper and real estate/land use. He received his B.A. in English and literature, cum laude, from St. John's University.

Prior to and concurrent with his law school education, Mr. Panzella worked for a boutique firm specializing in negligence law.

While receiving her bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law in 2004 from Binghamton University (SUNY), Kristin had the opportunity of teaching legal philosophy to fellow undergraduate students. In college, she interned for the Department of Social Services, where she worked on cases involving parental and guardian neglect of minors.

A cum laude graduate of New York Law School, Kristin served on the New York Law School Public Interest Coalition, a student chapter of the National Association of Public Interest Lawyers (NAPIL). The organization educates the community on public interest matters and raises money for charitable organizations. She was also a member of the Legal Association for Women (LAW), which examined the role of women in the legal profession and the impact of the legal system on women in all walks of life.

Admitted to the Bar in both the States of New York and New Jersey, Kristin is making her presence felt at the firm. She is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association, and still finds time to volunteer with the American Italian Cancer Foundation and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

On a personal note, this native New Yorker is constantly in awe of what this great city has to offer. She enjoys reading fiction novels, traveling and meeting new people. Her love of music makes her a frequent fixture at concerts and theater events.

While attending Georgia State University's College of Law, Courtney had the opportunity to gain legal experience in both the private and government sectors. She was an extern with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel's Strategic Litigation Division, and also spent one of her summers with a boutique law firm in New York.

Prior to transitioning into her legal career, Courtney was a business development and project manager in Atlanta with the Georgia Department of Economic Development's Innovation & Technology Office, where she worked to relocate and expand local and international businesses in the bioscience and technology sectors. She also served as the primary contact for the Department's Georgia-Lorraine international economic development partnership.

Courtney received her bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus in Finance and Marketing from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. While at McGill she also studied abroad in France, at the Institut Commercial de Nancy (ICN), and in Florence, Italy. After college, Courtney lived and worked in Florence. She is fluent in Italian and proficient in French. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and exploring New York.

Steven A. Goldstein, Esq. is former prosecutor for the United States Department of Justice, Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS). Mr. Goldstein was also a prosecutor for the Office of Chief Counsel, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a Founding Member of the Department of Homeland Security, and a Captain of Police in New York City. Mr. Goldstein currently practices Immigration Law and Criminal Defense for the law firm of Pozo Goldstein, LLP. He is uniquely qualified to represent clients in both Criminal and Immigration Courts through his experience in both law enforcement and immigration prosecution.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Florida Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. He is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey and attained his undergraduate degree at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA"), the Fraternal Order of Police, the Dade County Bar Association, a former U.S. Immigration Prosecutor and US ICE Counsel, U.S. Department of Justice/U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Ada B. Pozo is a former Miami Dade County Court Judge. She has presided over thousands of cases in the criminal, civil, and domestic violence divisions.

In addition to her daily court responsibilities, Ms. Pozo was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mentor judge, assisting and educating judges new to the bench. She also served the people of Miami-Dade County as a trial attorney with the Miami-Dade County Public Defenders Office. During her tenure with the Public Defender's Office she prepared and litigated a high volume of felony and misdemeanor cases. Ms. Pozo litigated cases ranging from driving under the influence and cocaine possession to armed robbery, capital sexual battery, and murder. Ms. Pozo appeared on numerous television and radio programs as an expert legal analyst. Her experience as both a judge and a trial attorney makes her exceptionally qualified to fight for your rights.

Mrs. Antona became a member of the Paris Bar in October 2008. She is Maître en droit from the "Université de Paris I, Panthéon Sorbonne" (France) and is Dottore in Giurisprudenza from the "Université degli Studi di Firenze" (Italy).

She holds a Master in International Trade and Conflict of Laws from the Université de Paris I. Before joining Rosabianca & Associates, Ms. Antona worked as a trainee in law firms in Paris and Luxembourg, and dealt particularly with international issues related to trade, company law, finance and banking law, but also with civil matters such as divorces, child abductions or parental responibility.

She is a member of the French-Italian Student Association and LEX (International Private Law Student Association), the French American Chamber of Commerce as well as the International Center for Dispute Resolution. She is fluent in Italian, French and English and has basic knowledge of German and Luxemburgish. She enjoys tailoring, playing tennis and the piano.
