Luigi Rosabianca is the principal attorney and founder of Rosabianca & Associates, PLLC. He specializes in all facets of commercial and residential real property law and handles a wide scope of litigation matters, including construction, commercial, due diligence, estate planning, and transactional/appellate practice.
Mr. Rosabianca is licensed to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and Association of the City Bar. He serves on numerous condominium and cooperative boards throughout New York City and the outer boroughs and is frequently asked to speak at field-related conferences and academic settings.
Mr. Rosabianca offers much of his time to an array of charities, including the American-Italian Cancer Foundation as well as The Boys' Towns of Italy. He is also an active member of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce and serves on their Board of Directors.
A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Rosabianca spent several years working with firms specializing in the areas of commercial litigation and transactional law. He received his B.A. in government and politics, with a concentration in architecture, from St. John's University.
A native New Yorker, Mr. Rosabianca has strong ties to his family and Italian heritage, which he believes are the cornerstones of his firm's mission. He enjoys traveling, sports, and the company of good friends and family.

While receiving her bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law in 2004 from Binghamton University (SUNY), Kristin had the opportunity of teaching legal philosophy to fellow undergraduate students. In college, she interned for the Department of Social Services, where she worked on cases involving parental and guardian neglect of minors.

While attending Georgia State University's College of Law, Courtney had the opportunity to gain legal experience in both the private and government sectors. She was an extern with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel's Strategic Litigation Division, and also spent one of her summers with a boutique law firm in New York.

Steven A. Goldstein, Esq. is former prosecutor for the United States Department of Justice, Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS). Mr. Goldstein was also a prosecutor for the Office of Chief Counsel, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a Founding Member of the Department of Homeland Security, and a Captain of Police in New York City. Mr. Goldstein currently practices Immigration Law and Criminal Defense for the law firm of Pozo Goldstein, LLP. He is uniquely qualified to represent clients in both Criminal and Immigration Courts through his experience in both law enforcement and immigration prosecution.
